Raftabout is owned and operated by two hands-on Kiwis, Kylee and Steve (a local), who pride themselves on their quality equipment, professionalism and friendly, personal attention. "The safety and enjoyment of our clients is a priority and will not be compromised under any circumstances".
All transport, equipment and instruction are provided and adventure package deals are available.
- Kaituna River Sledging - an extreme activity for fit and confident swimmers only.
- Kaituna River (Grade 5) - includes the Worlds Highest Commercially Rafted Waterfall (7m) and 13 other exciting rapids.
- Wairoa River (Grade 5) - a full-on rafting experience with plenty of big drops and rapids.
- Rangitaiki River (Grade 4) - a more placid day out with some exciting rapids
